Based in Sunbeam Road NW10 6JP, London, Source Distribution – a division of HHB Communications Ltd. – is looking for a Brand Manager – Pro Audio to lead the brand strategy on Mackie, Eventide, Warm Audio, Lynx Studio Technology and Vicoustic.

Key aspects of the role will be to develop good relationships with Pro Audio brands and to create and implement commercial plans. Our ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and self-motivated individual with a proven track record in music industry sales and marketing, excellent skills in leadership, organisation, planning and communication.

About the Role:

As our Brand Manager, you will:

• Create, instigate, and manage annual commercial plans in line with the relevant brand vision.
• Advise on new product potential, analyse market pricing, contribute to sales forecasting and budget setting.
• Produce sales and marketing reports for brands.
• Identify, cost and instigate timely activities and promotions for core and new products.
• Set and instigate new product launch and announcement plans, manage supplier promotions, promote press reviews and cultivate good press and key influencer relations.
• Provide product specialist support and implement training for dealer staff.
• Provide market insight by consistently monitoring key competitors in the marketplace, analysing pricing and investigating new revenue channels for the business.
• Lead and influence Selective Dealer Agreement content and quarterly Dealer Marketing Development Fund initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A product specialist with a high level of knowledge and ability to advise industry professionals.
• Must be an outgoing and motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in brand relations and management skills is essential.
• Excellent organisational and client facing skills – experience in a Pro Audio retail environment would be ideal.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving, and communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of management within the company and with key brands and clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Skills We Are Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, primarily strong expertise in Excel.
• Experience in video, audio and photo editing software, e.g. Adobe Suite is desirable.
• Familiarity with Inventory and sales management systems, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be advantageous.
